FUNCTIONS Our client, a multinational automobile manufacturer is looking for a Tax Affairs Director: RESPONSIBILITIES: o Claims and litigation arising from tax inspections, administrative procedures and other tax actions carried out by the Administrations (State, Regional and Local Administrations...) in Spain. o Tax Management: all taxes, all group companies in Spain and worldwide. o Corporate social responsibility in tax matters. o Transfer pricing policies: monitoring, implementation, and defense of the Groups Transfer Pricing policies. o Preparation and analysis of functional, economic, and comparative analyses of the group companies. o Determine strategy regarding tax matters with the different teams at the headquarters of all operations carried out in Spain and by any of the worldwide group companies under his supervision. o Coordination of transversal initiatives and legal projects throughout the organization. o Interaction with the organizations managers and decision makers to ensure coordination throughout the organization. REQUIREMENTS: o Experiences leading a tax department within international enviroment is a must. o Experience working on automotive sector or within industrial companies. o Knowledge of the functioning of the public service, different administrations and of public legislation. o English C1 is a must
