Based anywhere in Europe (within 2 hours of the UK time zone)

Barrington James are partnered with an up and coming HEOR and review focussed consultancy company. They are in the process of rapid expansion and plan on growing their EU based team by 20 % this year. This growth consists of a number of HEOR and review based profiles that can add significant value to the company and help support their pharmaceutical and biotech client’s needs.

Essential skills and experience;

• 5 years’ experience leading systematic literature reviews for HTA submissions, publications, abstracts and posters for use of pharmaceutical clients
• Experience leading and managing projects with the client
• Hands on experience working on a European level
• Ability to synthesis data into a report that informs the client of what they need to know
• Experience of, and comfortable with liaising with pharmaceutical clients on projects, from receiving an RFP and preparing a comprehensive proposal to understanding and communicating the strategic needs of the client to delivering final reports.
• Experience working on a range of disease areas to support non - drug interventions.
• A collaborative and support approach to working with internal teams and other external agencies and subcontractors on projects
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft office and reference management software skills

Desirable skills;

• High level degree in a life sciences / biomedical related field
• Ability to work effectively in an office and home-based environment
• 7 + years’ experience conducting systematic literature reviews
• A motivation to improve the literature review process to make it more efficient and accurate Innovative approach to HEOR and modelling, with new ideas for products that could support the pharmaceutical sector.
