⚡ Impact: As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will be part of a team of 100 highly skilled Backend Engineers from all over the world. You will work closely in cross-functional teams to shape our finance solutions. You will participate in the discussions on the direction of our product, manage how well handle our ever-growing user base needs, and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Provide technical leadership on large complex technical projects

One of our Heads of Backend at Qonto is . Hes managing teams working on our Core Banking System. He has a strong career with multiple software engineering experiences. Before joining Qonto in October 2020, he had previously been the Engineering Manager & Head-of for several scale-ups in e-commerce & cloud-based search and discovery platforms.

Technical mastery of one or more programming languages: Go, Ruby, Python, Java, Javascript/Typescript. Robust background in distributed systems/SOA and used to working with multiple Teams
