Your work-life opportunity:

Glovos partners include a wide variety of businesses including restaurants, pharmacies, grocery shops etc. Our Partner Operations team handles the relationship with our partners. Were looking for a CRM Engineer with to support our partner operations team globally. As Glovo grows rapidly, this role would evolve into high impact projects that make internal teams efficient. This role will also be pivotal to drive automation of process, additional workflow process development and integrations into other CRMs/Tools that our internal teams use.

Be a part of a team where you will:

Overhaul and develop the entire Salesforce workflow for the partner ops team

Develop key integrations that will allow us to reach out to thousands of Glovo partners globally

Build, maintain and improve our CRM infrastructure beyond Salesforce

Evaluate our business and execute product features that are needed for our workflow

Liaise with multiple teams including Sales, Communications and tech to gather requirements and convert them into scalable tools

You have:

5+ years of data/analytics experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in the on-demand/e-commerce industry

Degree in Computer science, MIS or an equivalent quantitative background

Certified Salesforce Admin, Platform developer

Experience in 3rd party API integrations
