Quality Assurance engineer

Lead the implementation of OnePLM for Quality at the BU4 MAHLE Electronics in accordance with standards IATF 16949, Customer Requirements and MAHLE rules.

Coordinating and implementing global quality improvement projects regarding quality methods and tools across all functions, regions and markets.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Support the Quality team in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) of Mahle Electronics.
Ensure consistency of the Mahle Electronics QMS with Mahle corporate directives.
Lead the OnePLM implementation in the Quality area.
Support the main workstream of OnePLM to ensure successful transition within Mahle Electronics. Lead the workstream impacting to Mahle Electronics when desired.
Ensure the traceability of the quality system in the new tool suite of OnePLM and MORE.
Conduct internal assessments with process owners and coordinators for the implementation of OnePLM/MORE.
Create efficient metrics for the monitoring of the activities linked to the QMS.
Collect and align Process KPIs and identify and follow improvement actions.
Ensure the consistency and alignment in the system.
Your Skills & Strengths
Higher educational level or Studies in Engineering.
High level of English language skills (at least B2).
SAP.
OnePLM.
2 years Quality position.
Working experience in data entry in ERP systems.
