What you will do
Research new features that are being developed
Serve as the technical point of contact for the features that you test
Gain an understanding of the features that your team is working on
Explore various ways to run, configure, and test features
Create, add, and maintain automation tools
Create testing plans and test cases for various scenarios
Automate tests to cover your test plans
Find bugs and file accurate defect reports
Debug complex systems and communicate possible failures
Analyze root causes for failures and advise on possible solutions
Communicate your findings and work to the rest of your team
Advance your level of coding and in-depth Linux administration skills
What you will bring
Advanced level skills in Linux, RHEL is a plus.
Experience with creating and maintaining script and code (Python and Go are plus)
Experience with container-related technologies like Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes
Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) tools
Experience with automation and orchestration frameworks like Ansible
Basic understanding of networking layers 1 to 4
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
