Performance Marketing Specialist (English Speaker)

You have experience in Affiliate and Performance Marketing or would like to develop in that area? And on top of that you're located in Barcelona and speak proficient English? You have a possibility to join a team of professionals and grow within a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities and impact as an Account Manager will be:

• Setting up, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Monitoring and reporting on revenue and ROI
• Managing and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of performance accounts
• Continuously improving ROI via new strategies and payout negotiations
• Staying up to date with the latest industry news and trends
• Working closely with the technical team to make product improvements and
• Work closely with the publishing, advertising and compliance teams to increase overall network performance and provide valuable feedback
• Attending international tradeshows

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• English - full professional proficiency
• Previous experience in the digital sector, media buying or advertising
• Knowledge of media buying models
• Critical-thinking and high analytical skills
• A passion for new digital innovations
• Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
• Being comfortable with adult content
