MISSION: Execute and manage the HR function in the hotel according to the competencies of the position and following the companys policies, processes and tools for people management, and always focused on ensuring a good experience for employees and candidates during the different phases of the employee cycle.

Requirements:

- Experience of more than two years in similar positions (highly valued in hotel companies).
- Demonstrable experience in labor issues, (RRLL, works councils, union negotiation, trials).
- Knowledge of the area of selection, recruitment, training and development of people.
- Advanced level of Office package (especially Excel and powerpoint).
- Experience in cost control, rolling Forecast, budgets....
- Customer orientation, teamwork, development of collaborators, leadership and negotiation skills.
- English B2 or higher is a plus.
