About the HR Generalist role...
As a HR Generalist, you will provide support across the full HR lifecycle. You will be a key driver in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, contributing to a high level of employee engagement and productivity, where our employees can thrive and feel valued.
You will collaborate closely with both managers and employees in implementing HR strategies that align with our organisational goals and Ways of Working.
You will also act as the “go to” person for any office related concerns as well as being the point of contact for the serviced office provider.
What youll do…
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Keep fully up to speed on employee legislation and requirements of relevant CBA(s) ensuring HR policies/practices are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
Manage employee benefits programmes (e.g. health insurance)
Assist with payroll reporting and managing changes on our HRMS platform - Bamboo HR.
Respond to HR tickets raised via SM Assist by employees in or relevant to your region.
Act as main contact for any office related concerns and liaise with the office provider as appropriate.
Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met and protocols are in place.
What you have…
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Work experience as a HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS).
Experience creating and maintaining great employee experiences across the employee lifecycle.
Knowledge of health and safety an advantage.
