Job Description
Position Purpose
The HRBP will be responsible for designing and cascading People strategy for Containers (Inbound Solutions) and Automotive Business. The successful candidate will provide advice, guidance, direction, and consultative services to business leaders on people-related subjects, and help to shape the nature of the delivery of HR services and COE’s to the business based on a deep understanding of the business environment strategy and people implications.
Your mission:
Develop clear HR strategy with relevant leadership teams and ensure link to overall EU & Global HR strategies
Partner with the business to develop and implement people/ organizational solutions to influence the culture and performance of the business
Bring internal and external insights around talent implications of the business strategy
Coach and support managers to develop their teams through capability uplift and engagement
Partner with Centres of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) and SSC to deliver HR business strategy
Provide strategic guidance to leaders on managers on policies, programs and processes
Manage annual HR process (strategic workforce planning, Salary review, Pulse survey etc)
Facilitate change by ensuring change management support in place
Your qualifications and experience:
Degree in related field or equivalent education
At least 5-7 years of progressive multinational experience in HR Management
International strategic HR Business Partner experience
Experience in handling change management projects (incl. DEI, organizational development and restructuring)
Post graduate qualifications in business or related discipline or coaching accreditation are beneficial
Leadership experience
