Job Description

• To provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company`s building systems and be able to fix minor defects.

• Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working with the building technical systems.

• Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.

• Makes minor plumbing repairs, as necessary.

• Performs basic electrical work and determines when an electrician is required.

• Performs basic cosmetic repairs, such as local wall painting, putty

• Performs basic HVAC works and repairs, such as filters replacement

• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences

• To provide out-of-office hours support to the infrastructure according to the company`s SLAs.

• Repairs building's hardware equipment, such as doors, windows, etc.

• Dismantles and installs and repairs furniture if required.

• Transports goods or equipment as assigned.

• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by Direct Manager.

• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered additional work.

Responsibilities

• The employee is responsible for proper, high-quality, and timely execution of his job obligations.

• The employee is responsible for trusted work resources and items.

Qualifications

• Execution of job duties requires secondary education.
• Execution of job duties requires excellent knowledge of Spanish and basic English (reading and writing)
• At least 2 years of experience in building systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• High sense of responsibility.
• The ability to work in a team.
• PC literacy - MS Word, MS Excel
