As the Director - IT Product Management you will be accountable for driving and realizing global standardization of operations & IT processes including the adoption and lifecycle of relevant IT products. Strong collaboration with Operations Excellence, Solution Design and Business Development functions, as well and sectors, regions, and clusters.

The key responsibilities in this role include:
Input into the definition and subsequent drive of the Development Standardization Agenda at global level
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of an overall structured change management approach to increase acceptance of standardization from the IT standpoint and in conjunction with other relevant entities based on the portfolio of products being developed
Define and drive the Global Standardization and Product Prototyping strategy primarily from, but not limited the WMS domain standpoint, aligning it with the regional and global IT/Business strategies.
Contribute IT and business innovation in software development
Identify and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and instil the standardization value proposition while building assurance in DHLs ability to respond to their current and future needs on standardization.
Create and align the required structure for the Global Governing body to support the strategy at global, regional, sector and sub-regional level.
Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and program steering committee and conducts periodic Product Standardization & Adoption briefings/status updates
Effective Template and Product Development Budgeting and administration, strategic definition of investment model- Drive global CoE Management Team and contribute to CoE strategy & direction
Directly manage when appropriate a team responsible for the operational and technical delivery of the IT Strategy as it pertains to the IT development

Supply chain operations management and solution design experience to validate and coach required quality standards in scope definition
Ability to gain credibility with and positively influence senior executives and other stakeholders. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Excellent IT & general program and project management Skills and sound knowledge on DSC business/IT strategy as it relates to WMS Deployment.
Proven experience within IT and Operations/engineering role in Supply Chain that comprises business process modelling and re-engineering, customer relationships, design and manage solutions and innovation which enable value creation for the end-end supply network, directing the development of supply chain service line strategies in large complex multinational matrix organizations.
Extensive project/program delivery experience on large supply chain system & process implementations
Strategic mind set, prioritizes the critical/high payoff strategies, mobilizes/adjusts organizations, or teams to focus on strategic issues
Excellent communication skills at all levels – both technical and non-technical
