Experience with leadership, creative judgment, technology, or online industry, being up to date on web/technology trends.
Experience in marketing and in B2C and B2B marketing, and performance and brand marketing.
Ability to influence audiences at all levels and work across functions and geographies.
Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy, and analyze campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Provide local market expertise and insights through understanding of consumer and industry behavior.
Develop, advocate, and implement Google's marketing plans for consumer, advertiser, and publisher products in Spain and Portugal.
Lead and project-manage execution of impact programs to drive product usage and positive public perception across Spain and Portugal, driving creative and execution practices from the region across EMEA and globally.
Build and mentor a team to manage all Google marketing efforts.
Manage the Spain and Portugal marketing budget and advocate for the needs of the market in a dynamic international company, as a member of the Spain and Portugal Leadership Team.
